I've been following the story of Fay, a pit bull rescued from the fighting ring. She passed away and I can't believe that I'm crying over a dog that I've never met. I have the feeling that some of you know what I'm talking about after following some of the stories on my blog. To learn more about Fay and her story please visit www.muttsnstuff.com
Good news! Sara got adopted just before Christmas. And we had given her a friend named Holly (not one of my fosters) and Holly is on a trial adoption to see how she would do as a store cat at Willow Lake (next door to Muddpuppies).
So this time we're going to try a litter of kittens! We have an "X-Pen" set up for them to live in (basically a HUGE crate which makes a 4' square), but I'm sure that they'll be carried around most of the day! Their foster mom will be bringing three of these guys out tomorrow and I can't wait to play with little babies again.
Stormy, a fluffy gray girl
Taylor, a fluffy long-haired black girl
Socks, a tuxedo girl
Macy, with her cute little white mittens!
One-Eyed Jack, born without an eye, poor guy! He's not ready for adoption yet, so he won't be coming tomorrow, hopefully we'll get him soon!
This picture is so funny. Pony (who is standing behind) is pretending to be interested in what his girls are interested in just so he can stand next to them. He always has to know where and what his girls are doing. He is a very attentive Romeo.
In the window, left to right, Curdy, Siam, Pearl and Zoo. And...bringing up the rear, of course, is my heart cat Pony Pants.
